Where a value is not established in people, this table says so rather than filling the box.

KLOW is GLOW with KPV added, so it blends KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. It layers an anti-inflammatory tripeptide onto the skin-and-repair stack.

How KLOW works

KLOW adds KPV, studied for calming inflammation, to the GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 base studied for skin and tissue repair. The aim is recovery and skin support with an anti-inflammatory angle. No trials exist on the blend itself, only on the individual components, mostly early research. See the component pages for detail.

Benefits and side effects in the research

There are no trials on the KLOW blend itself. The evidence below is for its components, studied separately, mostly in early research.

Potential benefits
  • KPV studied for calming inflammation in gut and skin
  • GHK-Cu studied for skin renewal and collagen
  • BPC-157 and TB-500 studied for tissue repair and blood-vessel growth
  • Combined for recovery and skin support with an anti-inflammatory angle
Reported side effects
  • No human safety data on the blend, and several components lack completed human trials
  • Possible injection-site reactions
  • Blood-vessel-promoting activity raises a theoretical tumor-growth concern
  • Unregulated products vary in purity and ratio

A summary of the research, not medical advice. Individual benefits and risks vary, and for some of these compounds the human evidence is still early.

KLOW is GLOW with KPV added, combining an anti-inflammatory tripeptide with the skin-and-repair GLOW components. As with GLOW, the most honest timeline is the overlap of each component's individually reported pattern rather than a single blend-specific figure.

Storage

Lyophilized: Keep the sealed powder cold and dark, near -20 °C, dry and out of light.
Reconstituted: Refrigerate the mixed vial at 2 to 8 °C, use within a few weeks and avoid freeze and thaw.
Let a cold vial reach room temperature before you open it, so it takes on less condensation.

Common questions
How strong is the evidence for KLOW?

We grade it D on a four-point scale. No trials on the blend. Its components are studied separately, mostly in early research.

What amount of KLOW is used in the research?

Ongoing: one daily dose of the blend. Dosed as a blend. Follow the component amounts on their pages.

How is KLOW stored once reconstituted?

Refrigerate the mixed vial at 2 to 8 °C, use within a few weeks and avoid freeze and thaw.

Important. This is a blend. The research is on the separate components, not the mixture. See the pages for [[kpv]], [[bpc-157]], [[tb-500]] and [[ghk-cu]].
