A blend of a GHRH analog (CJC-1295, no DAC) and a ghrelin receptor agonist (ipamorelin).
This blend pairs two growth hormone stimulators that work on different receptors. CJC-1295 without DAC, also called Modified GRF 1-29, is a short acting GHRH analog that tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist that triggers a clean growth hormone pulse with little effect on cortisol or prolactin. Used together they push a larger, more natural pulse than either one alone.
Limited early human pharmacology data; no long-term outcome trials for the combination.
- CJC-1295 studied for sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 in healthy adults.
- Ipamorelin studied as a selective GH secretagogue with minimal effect on cortisol or prolactin.
- May support body-composition goals through raised GH and IGF-1 signaling.
- Studied for effects on bone and lean tissue.
- Water retention, joint aches and tingling from elevated GH and IGF-1.
- Raised IGF-1 can worsen insulin sensitivity and blood glucose.
- Injection-site redness, flushing and headache reported.
- Sustained GH elevation carries theoretical cancer and acromegaly-type concerns.
A summary of the research, not medical advice. Individual benefits and risks vary, and for some of these compounds the human evidence is still early.
Reports commonly describe a short flush or warmth at the injection site in the first days, deeper sleep within the first one to two weeks, and slower body-composition changes over eight to twelve weeks as growth-hormone pulses build.

Goal of the protocol. Lift the body’s own growth-hormone output to support recovery, body composition and sleep.
One to three times daily, subcutaneous. For research reference only, not medical advice.
| Phase | Amount |
|---|---|
| Ongoing | 100 mcg + 100 mcg per dose |
Short-acting, so it is typically dosed more than once a day. Reference practice only.

Suppliers are listed alphabetically. We do not rank them by price, because the cheapest vial and the one worth buying are rarely the same thing. The column that matters is the last one, and today most of it reads "none on file", including for Quartz Peptides, which is owned by this site’s editor. See the disclosure and the COA guide.
Lyophilized: Keep the sealed powder cool and dark, near -20 °C where possible, dry and out of light.
Reconstituted: Refrigerate the mixed vial at 2 to 8 °C, use within a few weeks and avoid freeze and thaw.
Let a cold vial reach room temperature before you open it, so it takes on less condensation.
How strong is the evidence for CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin?
We grade it C on a four-point scale. Early pharmacology data only. No long-term outcome trials for the combination.
What is the half-life of CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin?
It is not well characterized in humans. Published pharmacokinetic data for CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is thin, so any specific figure you see quoted should be treated with caution.
What amount of CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is used in the research?
Ongoing: 100 mcg + 100 mcg per dose. Short-acting, so it is typically dosed more than once a day. Reference practice only.
How much does CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin cost?
A 10 mg vial lists at $75 from Quartz Peptides, which works out to $7.50 per mg and about $1.50 per dose at the amount used in research. Prices checked September 4, 2026. Price is not a quality signal, so check the certificate of analysis before ordering from anyone.
How is CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin stored once reconstituted?
Refrigerate the mixed vial at 2 to 8 °C, use within a few weeks and avoid freeze and thaw.
